MOXIBUSTION

Moxibustion involves the burning of Moxa (Mugwort) over the body with charcoal sticks or cones. This produces a lovely warm sensation. Moxibustion is used for moving qi and blood or for warming.

FIRE CUPPING

 A suction is created by a flame burning oxygen in the fire cup. The fire cups are then placed quickly onto your muscles. This enhances circulation, removes pain, extracts toxins and moves stagnation. Fire cups are very effective for achy sore muscles and feel so good!
